I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were like a resort stay - very clean, spacious, and had a REAL full kitchen. The service was top-notch, with staff who were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was gorgeous, close to restaurants and with easy access to roads across the city. The dining experience was above average, offering a nice assortment of breakfast items. The facilities were well-kept and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with beautiful layouts, equipped with their own bathroom and a full kitchen, which was a fantastic addition. Although there was an initial issue with our room, once they switched us to a new one, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was beyond excellent, with staff dedicated to keeping everyone in the building satisfied and happy all the time. The location was excellent for our purpose of visiting Cincinnati, but construction work made it slightly inconvenient. The dining experience offered a nice assortment of breakfast options, although some variety on Sundays would be appreciated. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money and a pleasant stay.

The service was exceptional with staff who were always attentive and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to stores like Walmart and Aldi's. However, the dining options were limited, and I had to skip breakfast due to the distance. Overall, it was a great experience with some minor setbacks.
